Chris honed his culinary skills at a variety of establishments in both Minneapolis, MN and Southern California including OPAH Restaurant & Bar, Campiella, D'Amico Cucina, Pacifica Seafood Restaurant and, most recently, the La Quinta Resort and Club, a Waldorf-Astoria Collection.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing guitar, fishing and going on nature walks with his wife and young daughter and son.
